Our Story

From a single waterproofing contract to eighteen disciplines.

R.K. Buildcare began in 1981 with a single waterproofing contract on a residential building in Mandawali. That first project — finished by hand, paid on completion, warranted in writing — set the tone for the company that followed.

Over four decades, our team grew from a single crew to a 150-strong organization spanning eighteen construction disciplines. We've waterproofed Delhi's metro stations, strengthened bridges over the Yamuna, and laid industrial flooring for some of the NCR's largest logistics hubs.

We still operate on the same principles we were founded on: show up on time, do the work as specified, stand behind it with a written warranty. Forty-five years on, that approach still wins us our next contract.
