Yes. After the initial site visit, we provide a detailed written quotation including scope of work, materials specification, timeline, and warranty terms. Quotations are valid for 30 days.
Warranty terms vary by service and material system, but every project closes with written warranty documentation. Typical waterproofing warranties run 5–10 years; structural strengthening is warrantied for 10 years; industrial flooring for 3–5 years.
We work across scales — from individual flat balcony waterproofing to 32-storey tower retrofits. Smaller projects are welcome, though minimum mobilization applies. We'll be transparent if a project is below our minimum scope.
We source materials from leading Indian and international manufacturers. Each project specifies the exact material make and batch on our as-built documentation. We never substitute materials without written client approval.
For emergency waterproofing or active leak issues, we typically mobilize within 48 hours of contract signing. For planned projects, mobilization schedules are aligned with the engineering package and material lead times.
We're Delhi NCR-based but routinely take on projects across North India — including Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, and Punjab. For projects further afield, we'll discuss logistics on a case-by-case basis.
